Yorkville United Methodist Church is known for cooking 100 pork chops at a time on racks over a specially-built cooker and for an array of delicious desserts. The Spring Pork Chop Dinner will be held on Saturday, April 26, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. The menu includes flame-grilled pork chops, baked potato with butter or sour cream, baked beans, cole slaw, chunky applesauce, roll and butter, and desserts.
A Drive-Through, carryout-only dinner is available for your convenience as well as limited Dine In seating. The cost is $20 prepaid for a 2-chop dinner which will be delivered to your car by car hops. A 4-chop package of already-cooked pork chops is also available for $20 prepaid (by advance sales only).
Advance tickets are strongly recommended. There may be a limited number of tickets available at the dinner, but please call the church office at (262) 878-2388 so you are not disappointed. Please leave your name and phone number, so someone can call you back to confirm your order. You must arrive by 5:00 p.m. to guarantee that the tickets will still be held for you. You may also reserve tickets on the website at https://www.yumc.org/pork-chop-dinner/ starting a month before the dinner.
The church is located at 17645 Old Yorkville Road (on 63rd Drive, just north of Highway 20.)
